• The IP address the enquiry was sent from, which we keep to protect the form against spam and abuse

When you browse the website, we count visits without cookies and without storing your IP address. For each page view we record the page, the website you came from, your country, your type of device (mobile, tablet or desktop) and an anonymous code that changes every day, so visits can’t be linked across days or traced back to you. We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure visits and page speed in a similarly anonymous way, without cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiries and provide quotes
• Send you an automatic email confirming we’ve received your enquiry
• Deliver the services you have requested
• Send important updates about your project
• Understand how the website is used, from anonymous visit counts, so we can improve it

5. How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we need them to deliver and support your work, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business and tax records. Anonymous visit counts are kept so we can see how the website is used over time.

6. Who We Share It With

We never sell, trade, or rent your personal data. We use a small number of trusted providers to run the website and handle enquiries:

• Vercel, which hosts the website and provides its visit and speed statistics
• Supabase, which stores enquiries in a secure database
• Brevo, which delivers our emails
• Cloudflare, whose Turnstile check confirms an enquiry comes from a person rather than a spam bot

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they protect it with the safeguards UK law requires, such as standard data protection clauses.

7. Data Protection

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your data is stored securely and only accessed by authorised personnel.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
