1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Magic IT Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide website development, booking systems, IT setup and support, and business automation services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed in writing before any work begins.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed in writing before work commences. For website projects, a deposit of 50% is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion and before the website goes live. IT support and automation services are billed according to the agreed schedule.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information in a timely manner
- Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Provide access to any systems or accounts needed to deliver the service
- Ensure you have the legal right to use any content or materials you provide
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, we transfer ownership of the website and associated files to you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio. Any third-party assets (such as stock images or fonts) remain under their respective licences.
7. Limitation of Liability
We provide our services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Our cancellation and refund policy is set out in our Refund Policy. Please review it before engaging our services.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
